Hello.

Yesterday had morining training before school started. YUp.. school starts later on friday. So reported to school at 7.20am ... gosh.. that morning training was the worst out of those that i went. its called fart legs.. where you sprint jog sprint jog. CRAP! freaking tiring la. urh....

WE had to sprint 100m then jog 200m then sprint 100m then jog 200m this is one set! had to do two of it. then follwed by the other set is sprint 200m jog 100m sprint 200m jog 100m sprint 2oom and two of this set too. after everything.. we had the cool down run which is 800m. altogether ran 3.2km. after that had to do 50 crunches 20 guy push ups.

Afternoon had training. so warm up 2km again. i was like wt* in the morning run like shit normally afternoon run 1km but my coach was like okay warm up 2km.. all must below 12mins. GO! we all started running loh. my timing was 10.53mins if i am not wrong. tiring like shit. Its like every round you complete... you run past coach so she will tell you your timing. I was all a long running with my freind.. both of us play centre and wa.. so my coach was like push more arh.. if you can fast faster... we were like omg.. can't already... zzz

train train train until 7.30.. yeah, so late. made my freind wait for me. hahahah! so sorry!

chionged to my friend's house to join the class bbq. went there, the fire was not even up. i was straving. (its a after training effect) haha. so i went to bathe first. after eating the cooked food.. took a lot of pitures (posted on fb already) .... went back nearing 11pm i guess..

It was fun overall..

Anyways.. march holiday is going to be a really busy one for me. Looking forward for the trip yet worrying too. Gosh...
